I actually forgot i had a blog until someone asked me when the hell am i gonna update my blog :P

My Bad! To be honest not much to update :S hehe i know.. i was really sick for the past 2 week, due to bloody Hay Fever! Yea i know you guys are probably like wtf is that right ? Well its basically due to weather change.

Melbourne Update Pt. 5.5 (Eve & Jettblack)

As some of you guys may know that last Friday (2nd Oct) the Supreme Phunk Assassins played at the Hennessy Artistry with Boys like Girls & Lenka. But unfortunately i wasnt able to head back to KL for the gig as i was already booked for 2 gigs in Melbourne. First at Eve (1am - 2.30am) and then Jettblack (3am - 4.30am)

At first i was like.. DAMM IT!!! Hennessy Artistry and i'm not playing! But honestly the gigs at Eve & Jetblack really really made up for it! I've never enjoyed myself so so much and got so freaking smashed in one night! HAHAHAHA. Plus having some of my closes friends there to enjoy the night :D

I would seriously kill to do last Friday again!

Melbourne Update

Hola!!! I know i was suppose to update you guys on my Melbourne Trip.

Well i'm actually supposed to leave tonight KL. But due to some last minute change (which i cant say what now), I've decided to Stay till next month :)

Other than that i've moved to the City with Jean, thats cause Neeraj's parents are down from Indonesia, so just something temporary! The only fcuked up thing is SHISHA!!! We've ran out of tobacco, yea i know some of you might be thinking how come i didnt bring tobacco, well i did but unfortunately my tobacco exceeded the limit and it was either i leave the tobacco with the Customs or pay $366.22 for Taxes!! PISS ME OFF!!! And plus shisha in Lygon is like $25 for one -_- so can wait till this Thursday for some much needed tobacco from KL!!! But other than that Jean's Apartment Rocks!! Its smack in the middle of the city and a 5 mins walk to Lygon Street...

I only confirmed my flight like 2 days before i actually flew off.

Not such a bad City after all.. I mean the last time i was here was in 2006, obviously i'd prefer the Gold Coast, but since my boy Neeraj moved here then i was like why not rite ? Plus i seem to have quite a fair bit of friends here :)

And so it is... the end is here.. we part our ways, so far away...

All good things come to and end i guess. You guys are probably wondering whats this about.. Well Its now August which means that July has ended.. And what a sad end its come too :( To be honest i think July was by far the best month for me this year! With all the crazy partying and all, and it finally eneded yesterday with Juice Magazine's Bday Bash at Euphoria. And what a party that was! Many thanks to my Favourite Editor Muna Noor for hooking me and my friends up with those VIP Passes! You Rock!

As for the month of August.. well lets say its not turning out to how i'd imagine :S. Believe it or not i'm actually home on a SATURDAY NIGHT!! Yup.. i know i'm not partying but what to do.. i caught a Cold! i think it must be from all that partying!

Hennessy Artistry.. yea one of those events where everyone has been talking about since like the beginning of the year. To be honest its my first time going for this, and all i can say is.. why didnt i go for the previous ones the year before. I mean when we first arrived i thought they'd get cheap on the drinks, but NO WAY!! they were pouring away to the MAX!!! Only problem was they ran short of ice, well that only happened in non-vip area, but once Ernest sorted out with the VIP Passes.. There was no looking back!!! HAHAHAHAHA!! Till the fact where we actually had to stop taking drinks.. thats how much we drank!

But seriously a freaking great event! Fatman Scoop Rocked the SHIT out of the EVENT!! As for the Ying Tang Twins.. well lets say they were the biggest disappointment for the whole event, as for Mr. Sam (The French DJ) well lets say that his sound was some what.. interesting.. first song he dropped was Wolfgang Gartner's - Wolfgang's Symphony.

I hope the next year if they still have it.. that there'll be more DJ's :)

Last weekend was almost another crazy weekender again!! But not as bad as Singapore where i errr hmm...

As usual i wasnt planning on heading to Zouk on Friday, but then unexpectedly one of my mates Jason was back from Dubai for holidays and told me i'd better get my ass down to Barsonic, and since Sean and the crew were going, why not rite ? Fuck i tell you, i really didnt know how much i drank till i woke up the next day, as Daniel always says "i go thit by a truck"!!! Haha.

And just as when i didnt think i wasnt gonna go to Zouk on Sat night.. well i did.. LOL, this time not as much as the night before, but the amount of Beer drunk @ terrace bar.. well lets say we had our fair share :P

A Very Very Very Last Minute Trip

Last weekend was one of the most spontaneous things i did in a while.

Your probably wondering what now right ? LOL.. not really a big thing, but just ended up heading down to Singapore for the weekend and how it all started was i sent a text to Emile saying that one of our mates (Nathan) is getting engaged to his Japanese Girlfriend Temoya, and he called me back immediately and having a brief chat and i asked him when is he coming down to KL next, and he told me why not i come down ? LOL.. i was like err.. sounds so tempting and i'll let him know when i do.. So i called Sean who was already in Singapore for a Shopping trip and asked him if he would stay an extra day if i came down the next day, so he was like hmm.. i wont mind if i'm coming down for sure. So i text Emile back and told him that i'm thinking about coming down tomorrow (Saturday) and of course he called me back saying get your ass down here you fool! haha.. but i was still hesitating, untill he said "bro, you have to come down, its my bday on Sunday". And i was like FUCK!! now i really gotta come down.. LOL. And this was at 10pm already.. Haha..

So as the night progressed i met up with the usual bunch for shisha, and was telling Daniel about it and he was like fuck! can i come too ?

And so our world wind adventure began at 1.30pm

As many of you guys know i was supposed to be playing in Brisbane last night, unfortunately 1hr before my departure while i was KL i had to cancel the gig after getting a very very important phone call from my mum, which i felt like collapsing at KLIA. But that god all is good now.. But still i dont know if i can head to Aus now as the ticket i purchased had some strings attached to it.

Other than that, Friday was spent heading to the movies with CK, Sean, Eric & Myself to watch.... 17 again!!! HOW GAY I KNOW RIGHT ? LMAO!!! I guess that the price of boredom!! Movie wasnt too bad la.. but i think we were the only group of guys there apart from the couples :P after the movie we headed to Terrace Bar for some drinks, in our shorts & slippers :P i guess thats craving you get from not drinking for a week..

As for Saturday besides the story i mentioned about my family emergency and me having to cancel my gig, we just headed to Joanna Bell's Party at Redbox, Pavillion =_=, then of course to shisha and Phuture.. Kinda expected right ? But what else could we do right ? BTW.. Music at Barsonic (Lapsap) was really really fucked up!! OMG, never in our lives have we craved for hip-hop so so badly!! Ok let me start on how the weekend started.

Friday was spent at CK's house for his Infamous Drinking Session 04 :P
108 bottles of Corona, 5 bottles of Vodka, 1 bottle of Absynth & 1 bottle of Bacardi 151 =
CONFIRM DIE!!!! LMAO! while having BIG FUN TOO OF COURSE!

Incase your wondering where we got the 108 bottles of Corona ? Well it was from the last week at Su Lin's Fashion show.. I mean Corona sponsored 40 cartons of Beer, and the balance from the night of course we took ;) HAHAHAHA!!

So it was organized that we'd have a small cookout too, CK's mum made some Pai Kuat & Char Siew, Sze Ming with his world class mash potatoes :P and my Lasagne :D, although Natalie said she could do better, and i challanged her to a cooking competition ;) well thats another story in the near future :)

Besides drinking Sean brought his PS3 and we were playing/singing SingStar.. Which was hilarious, if you have me on Facebook, you can check my videos of Sze Ming vs Chee Weng singing Britney Spear's Crazy!!! LOL, but the best was still Anthony (Su Lin's BF) when he saw Sze Ming & Chee Weng playing SingStar he was WAH!!! This is a game ? And i told yea.. Technology now days quite amazing eh ? LMAO!! Anthony - STONNED!!! LMAO

As for Saturday we headed to Phuture for Su Lin's farwell, as she's leaving to Boston on Wednesday to Study :(

Thats what Levy Li Days To Come Fashion Show is about. On my honest opinion :P Sorry Su, you know i love you right ? Hahaha.

Well for those of you who dont know what i'm talking about, well Levy Li Su Lin, is the current Miss Malaysia Miss Universe, well was la as of Today, so with her last day as Miss Malaysia she hosted a Charity Fashion Auction, and of course we all had to help, i mean to be honest the event was really fucked up!! I mean the venue was shit.. almost everything that could have gone Pete Tong did go Pete Tong (Pete Tong meaning all gone wrong). I mean i was handling the music, which i regretted doing! But i mean she is a friend after all, but thank god she is my friend cause when i got to the venue at the place called Metropol, i felt like just walking off!! Thats how bad the venue was. And plus to make things worse.. The bloody 18 finalist for Miss Malaysia. My God! I swear those girls really think their fucking all that, i mean come on the show was suppose to kick off at like 8, but because they havent had their dinner everyone else had to wait like bloody almost 2 hours. WTF right ? And also they were not hot at all, everyone said that when they were standing out to have their pics taken Su Lin still looked the Best! So bad it was that we (Sean, Ken, Daniel & Nat) left half way from the event to get dinner.

The only good thing about the event was the free flow of Beer!! And the best part.. Corona Beer ;) Muahahahaha.. for the first time in my life we had couldnt finish the beer. I think i must have had like around 20 bottle of Corona!! And there's still a balance of 6 crates!! Woot Woot.. We're saving that for the next CK Drinking Session 04 ;)

For those of you who dont know who Dave Clarke is.. Well then you definitely dont know Techno. He is the Man for Techno!! After Jeff Mills for of course. He is after all one of those guys that got me into Techno ;)

A Crazy Mixrure = Bad Bad Hangover!

Yesterday was spent at Zouk celebrating Mabel's Bday. It was with Ghif, Audrey & myself. Yea i know finally going clubbing after 3 weeks :P, but i think the time spent at Velvet, Phuture & Zouk was less that half an hour. Yea we were that bored! I mean we didnt wanna go but we'd already promised May as it was her bday. I think by 1am we were out of there.

After Zouk i rushed straight to CK's house for our drinking session as CK just got back from Melbourne last week and brought back 4 bottles, 2 of which was Vodka, 1 Bacardi 151 & 1 Absinthe!! Hahaha i know all killer drinks!! CK made this bloody crazy shot of Bacardi 151 & Absinthe aka The Green Fairy together.. OMG.. Not a good mixture at all!! For those of you guys who dont know what Bacardi 151 is, its Rum but with 75.5% alcohol!! and imagine it with Absinthe, 60% alcohol!! in total - 185.5% alcohol!! Can die wei, the shot was purely ALCOHOL!!! Really cleaned my stomach that i can tell you.. I'm still trying to remember how i got back! Hahaha.. And the hangover this morning ? Fucking crazy!! Never gonna do that again. Well not tonight at least.. Hahaha

Yes i know its about time that i updated this blog of mine..

Well basically i haven't done much besides shisha-ing and of course production.

Good thing is i've finally figured out how to use this Vst Plugin called Albino and got the sounds i've been looking for, well if your wondering what a Vst Plugin is well basically its a software you use for your production which helps you generate sounds :D

Besides that, my sleeping time is really really got from bad to a disaster!! When from sleeping at 7am to 10am and now bloody 1pm or 2pm. I know its bad. I'm really trying to stay awake for a whole day and get it back on track. But i really gotta keep myself occupied from 1pm onwards. So if anyone needs company from that time onwards pls feel free to call me :)

On another note i've gone 3 weeks with out clubbing! I know, its not like me right ? But there seems no one to go out clubbing with, hopefully this Friday it'll be different with Darren Emerson ex Underworld @ Euphoria!!! Finally some good and proper music! I know the venue is shit but beggars cant be choosers right ?

Today marked the day of Siska & Anas having their first new born child. Ermm i know some of you might be wondering who the hell they are but their my close friends from way back, also my 2nd immediate family :P hahaha.. and also Siska is the elder sister of Ghif whom i'm sure most of you guys know.

I have to say that Mist Club is quite a trendy place compared to the former Club 18, and the sound system can be compared to Zouk and the best part.. rm 70 for 2 jugs of beer! Hahaha The crowd was quite decent seeing the fact that it was a Thursday night and knowing that most ppl were at Euphoria for Mixtape, but like i said DECENT! No underage kids :P hahaha.. And the Music... FUCKING AWESOME! Reminded me of the good old Bar Club Days! Hopefully we (Supreme.Phunk.Assasins) will get a gig there.. haha i know rite.. How lame can the name be.. Officially Wheeless!!

I am now officially wheeless! Wondering what happened to my car rite ? Well a few months back i met in a small accident with Kirk's Car.. So like last month i sent it for repair and till now i still havent got it back!! And after the accident i've decided to sell me car. I mean i know i said i'd never sell as its the first car i bought with my own cash, but after all the near death experiences i've had with it i guess gotta, i mean repairing it would take almost for ever, i've already over hauled the engine but its still acting like a bitch! So yea.. you get the idea. I mean its really hard letting it go, especially with the memories i've had with that car :) But i guess its time for a new beginning!

Since my car is in the workshop and waiting to be sold, i've been using my grandfather's car the past one month, but unfortunately yesterday morning my grandad met in a 5 car pilled up!! My grandfather's ok.. But the car was seriously seriously and i do mean seriously bad! From what i heard. My uncle said these exact words "Wah the car really kena bumped fucked!" Well story is my grandfather was on the way to have breakfast with his friends when on the way there stuck in a small traffic this Lady who was speeding didnt managed to break in time and hit his car from behind causing it to hit another 3 more cars!! Dunno how they hell she drive la.. So now the car is in workshop and it'll take 10 days to be fixed, but u know la these workshops, they said 10 days, but 10 days my ass! Look at my car! So since no car then i guess i have depend on my friends to pick me up la.. but lets see la if their nice enough :) i highly doubt it though! Its happened before where i had no car and they didnt wanna pick me up. So yea.. yesterday was spent at home the whole day and me having to make shisha at home & watching Arsenal loose!! Pisses me off!

A New Month

Yup its already the beginning of a New Month! The Month of May. Time these past few days really seem to past very fast. Except for these past few days. Surprisingly last weekend i didnt even go clubbing! A shock i know. The good thing out of it was i at least managed to save a whole lot of money ;) Which means new Kicks!! hahaha.. Besides that my sleeping time has been FUCKED!! I've been sleeping very very early in the morning most of it i have towards the NBA Playoffs which is going on now. But i guess it worth seeing the Boston Celtics make it to the Semis now against the Orlando Magic! Hopefully they'll make world champions again

A couple of days ago i got a call from Audrey (child hood friend) & Ashley's older sister, and she was asking me whether i could hang out with her for a couple of hours since she was arriving back from Phuket and heading to Bali next (stop over in KL for a few hours till her flight to Bali). So i was like why not rite ? In any case i havent seen her since September.

As many of you guys know my sleeping time is pretty much f**ked! But i still managed to wake up at 10am with only 2 hours with only 2 hours of sleep. So you could imagine, i was S.L.F!! (Stoned Like Fuck)

Pick Aud up at 12.15 then headed to Pavilion where we met Ghif for lunch at non-other than Madam Kwan's, where else rite ? I mean she's been working in Club Med in Sapporo, Japan as a Manager for the Kids Section (2 - 3 yrs old), in other words she's a baby sitter la, but with a super cool job! :P hahahaha...

After Pavilion it was straight to The Gardens, where we met Mabel at Alexis! Seriously i must say the cakes at Alexis, AMAZING!!!! Tiramisu ROCKS!!! But after we were done at 5pm, i had to drop her off at KL Sentral where she had to take the bus, as her flight to Bali was departing at 7pm, unfortunately the poor girl missed her flight! Poor Thing, what a waste for the ticket. But she's leaving for Bali tomorrow for 6 days :)

Just finished watching Notorious, and i gotta say one one the best biopic movies ever! It took me 2 full days to finish downloading it, but it's worth it.

I know some of you might be wondering what the hell is Romel doing watching this kind of movie since his so anti hip/hop rite ? Well back when i was in School i practically grew up listening to music from Biggie & Tupac (The REAL Hip/Hop).

If your wondering what this sure is about, its about the life of Biggie Smalls aka Notororius B.I.G, the legendary East Coast Rapper who started off as a Drug Dealer to becoming one of the biggest Rappers in the world! And also talks about what happened between him & Tupac Shakur and how he was killed. I know some of you might think that it's just gangster bull shit like 50 Cent's Show Get Rich Or Die Tryin, but its the total opposite. Really really an emotional story (ok lets not go there! ;))

I know this is necessary but damm! Antonique Smith the actress who plays Faith Evans, Super HOT!! :D

The poor girl fell down from a tree and died instantly last weekend, Sigh. What a waste. I got her from Ghif back in 2001 and have had her ever since.

May she rest in Peace, she will be deeply missed.

Just a couple of days ago i was planning on buying a new Mac Book for myself, yea i guess some of you guys will be like wtf rite ? I mean since this guy already has a Mac Book Pro why they hell would he wanna waste money on getting another laptop ?

Well the truth is i need it for my Serato (DJ Program) - www.serato.com. I mean i cant use both Serato & Ableton (another DJ Software) together rite ? I mean my laptop would definitely crash during my gig! Fuck no would i let that happen.

So yea as i was saying just get an ordinary Mac Book rite ? But the funny thing is there's no fucking FIREWIRE SLOT!!! :S, i was like wat the hell! How can they not have a firewire slot, maybe to some of you guys you probably wont need it but ppl like me definitely do! I mean why how come the version of the mac book before this had and this doesnt ? Plus the earlier was way cheaper! Fuck Fuck Fuck! Should have gotten that when it was still available.

Well if any of you guys are selling your mac book's or know of anyone selling their mac book, pls let me know :) To be frank i'm looking for the Black Colored Version ;)

Thats the name for the new podcast i've created, i'm sorry for the inconvenience caused, i know some of you guys who read my blog have been downloading my stuff there, but its for the better. The main reason for the move is cause since i started my podcast last month, to my surprise i've had over 500 downloads in a month, which is pretty amazing! but unfortunately i got an email from my previous host Podomatic.com that if i want to continue this i have to subscribe to their Pro Package which would cost me like $100 USD a month, so i was like f*** it! and decided to go with Mypodcast.com where i get unlimited space!

Well in anycase incase your wondering if there'll be anything new with this podcast since i have unlimited space, well YES!! I'll be posting various mixes from DJ friends all over the world. With some exceptional guests like Crsitian Varela, Ben Sims, Christian Smith, DJ Felipe, DJ Murphy, Dave The Drummer and a few more other for now :) Oh yea i also almost forgot to mention that i'll be posting up videos from my previous gigs :)

F1 Weekend

Well.. It was the F1 weekend, and most of you probably knew that there was Speedzone in KL tower, with quite an impressive line-up, but unfortunately they were not serving alcohol at the party, yup! and that you have to thank our religious department. So instead of heading to KL tower i ended up at... Zouk, what else is new rite ? Hahaha. But surprisingly it was rocking in Zouk (Main Room) not Phuture, which is getting boring! Although it was Hip Hop but they were playing some oldskool stuff, and damm! The DJ was HOT! LOL

But it was a good night, havent seen Emile ever this drunk before! hahaha..

Last week was the WMC (Winter Music Conference) in Miami, well if you dont already know whats this about, well its the who's who of Dance Music attending this once a year in Miami. It normally starts from Tuesday - Sunday and its party everyday!

In the recent few years celebrity's such as P Diddy, Paris Hilton & Nicole Richie have been heading there for crazy parties. And what i just heard was that there was a brawl between Paris Hilton (Dumb Blonde) & Steve Angello (Bad Boy of the Swedish House Mafia).

This is what i read on a website -

Playing at the venue Fontainebleau, Angello was entertaining an a-list crowd, including millionaire hotel heiress Paris Hilton and her boyfriend reality TV star Doug Reinhardt. Paris wasn’t enjoying Angello’s music, however, explaining on her blog he was giving her a ‘migraine’. She approached the DJ booth to make a request – depending on whose story you believe she’s said to have asked for either Daft PunkBob Sinclar, or Madonna and the Black Eyed Peas – not surprisingly Angello didn’t take kindly to her demand. ”[The DJ] was so unbelievably rude and all because I asked to play one good song,” Paris bemoaned after the incident on her blog. “Then out of nowhere his bodyguard (don’t ask me why he has a bodyguard, like he really needs one. Ha) pushed me really hard, that’s when my boyfriend, like my knight in shining armor, stepped in and told the guy to keep his hands off me.”

A scuffle quickly broke out. Angello on his Twitter said: “i cant believe i woke up last night to some of the bullsh** on the internet about what happened with Paris Hilton" "for someone who claims to make records...dont come into a booth and ask me to play hip hop and then have your doorman slap me. or at least if you wanna do that.....dont moan about it when we all kicked off. dont be so fucking rude.” "everyone saw what happened...my brother to david guetta and his wife cathy....we all know what happened now her 'version' Get Over YourSelf"

“She kept asking the DJ and got quite agitated with Steve about playing hip-hop and it was obviously his event, his music. He wasn’t going to do that,” said Steve’s publicist Matt Learmouth to E! News, explaining the incident from his perspective. “And then she asked one of her security guards to punch Steve, and one of her security punched Steve full-on in the face. Steve responded and ended up having a brawl with the security guard.”

Angello, who is well-known in Europe as a techno artist, was playing dance music as part of the conference, and everyone was there to hear dance music. It would sort of be the same as asking Jay-Z to play ABBA at a hip-hop music conference.

“Steve plays dance music, he just doesn’t play hip hop. He politely refused Hilton’s requests but she got more and more agitated, and it escalated pretty quickly. Out of nowhere one of her security guards smacked Steve in the face,” the Angello camp insists.

“Steve is a quiet guy, but he had to act in self defense and fought back. He started pounding on the guy and it suddenly turned into a full scale fight in the DJ booth,” according to the DJ’s version of events.

Well if you ask me on my honest brutal opinion, i think Paris is kinda dumb to have ask Steve Angello to play somthing different like hip hop, i mean come on its his event. Its a house / techno music night, i guess she had it coming, but then again she is a Blonde rite ? And what do u expect from Steve Angello, i mean he is after all a son of a Mobster! And as a dj i can understand that he wont change his music for anyone. Unless maybe Paris offered him a Blow Job or something while his playing! LOL

So let this be a lesson to all you ppl next time, never ask a DJ who's playing Dance Music to play Hip-FCUKING-Hop!

Yesterday was spent mostly at home celebrating my grand father's 73rd Bday. Nothing fancy just a BBQ with the family & some close friends, which ended up being like close to 20 friends popping by. LOL.. Thank god there was enough food, beer & of course shisha to go around. Yup shisha ;) what do you expect ? I mean after all it is a BBQ rite ? So that means the coal's already there :P but really glad that everyone had a good time :)

I cant really explain what the movies about, but all i can say is that you really have to watch to understand it. Its one of those really mind fucking films when after your finished watching it you'll be like WOW!

Why its titled Semi New Kicks is cause i got these pair like back in April 2007 when i was in Singapore for a gig. And after almost 2 years in the Box i decided to finally wear them!

Its my first pair of New Balance! And i bloody love the colours on the shoes!

Oh yea.. in case your wondering i took like 2 years to only wear them is cause i've got quite a few pairs of shoes plus i still have 5 pairs of shoes which are still in the box :P, normally i dont wear my kicks when i go clubbing, i think most of you know why rite ? Imagine your precious shoes which u cherish so so very much gets alcohol being spilt on and not to mention people stepping on them! Make you damm pissed off doesnt it ?
